Cancellation Policy

Sushi Iwai Reservation & Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Sushi Iwai. To provide every guest with the best possible omakase experience, we kindly ask that you read the following reservation policy before confirming your booking. Omakase Course Our omakase experience is served as a single course. 3,500 THB per person (Exclusive of 5% service charge and 7% VAT.) Reservation Deposit A deposit of 1,500 THB per person is required to secure your reservation. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit. Reservations are confirmed once the deposit has been received. Cancellation & Reservation Changes As our ingredients are carefully sourced and prepared specifically for each reservation, the following policy applies: A 500 THB cancellation fee per guest applies to all cancellations. There is no free cancellation period. The cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit, and any remaining balance will be refunded where applicable. Guests who do not arrive without prior notice (No-Show) will also incur the same 500 THB per guest cancellation fee. If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Dining Sessions Tuesday – Sunday Closed every Monday Reservation times: 5:30 PM 6:30 PM 7:30 PM Please allow approximately 2 to 2.5 hours to fully enjoy the omakase experience. Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your reservation. To ensure the best experience for all guests, the omakase course begins according to the reserved seating schedule. Late arrivals may result in portions of the course being served together or omitted, and the experience may not be extended beyond the allocated session time. Dietary Requirements & Allergies Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, adjustments may not always be possible due to the seasonal nature of our menu. Special requests will be confirmed within 24 hours.
